Refund policy

1. Defective Products Only: We accept returns and exchanges exclusively for defective products. If the item you received is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

2. Return and Exchange Timeframe: You must notify us about any defective products within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.

3. Return/Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at thekronos.inventory@mail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name and description of the defect
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
  • If requesting an exchange, indicate the desired product


5. Refunds: Once the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a defective item for a different product, we will gladly process the exchange once the returned item is received. We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item.

7. Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

8. Non-Defective Products: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for non-defective products, products used beyond their intended purpose, or if the product has been damaged by the customer.
